MOLECULAR & CELL BIOLOGY PhD Program
Mentor-based program with core courses in biochemistry, molecular biology, cell biology, and quantitative biology. Students conduct experimental or computational research in a self-chosen laboratory.
Faculty labs are regularly funded by the NIH, ACS, and NSF, exposing students to state-of-the-art research techniques that help build marketable skills for various career paths.
Facilities include next-generation sequencing platforms, cell imaging systems, protein and small molecule mass spectrometry, and cell sorting.
Funding
- Minimum $2,400 stipend per month
